E582 OF 2022 By Bonface Atiang Amay, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washingtone Awinda Amayi, who died on 16th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E635 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Adhiambo Mwayi and (2) Aaron Mwayi Abiero, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwayi Abiero, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E657 OF 2022 By (1) Andrew Otieno Ngure and (2) Richard Otieno Ouma, both of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martinus Ngure Oricho alias Ngure Oricho, who died at Got Nyabondo Sub-location, on 27th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E690 OF 2022 By Margaret Nyumba Agak, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Agak Okora alias David Agak Okora, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd November, 1986. CAUSE NO. E712 OF 2022 By (1) Nobert Lare Amoke and (2) Tobias Oganda Amoke, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Amoke Amollo alias Amoke Amolo, who died on 1st July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
