Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Owuor Okaya, who died at Juba Military Referral Hospital, South Sudan, on 6th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E376 OF 2022 By Daniel Dawa Onyango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victoria Ondoro Dawa, who died at Upper Kadongo, on 26th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E630 OF 2022 By Debora Achieng Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Abunde Rading alias Abunde Rading’, who died at West Kanyadwera, on 26th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E660 OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Odemba Ondiek and (2) Charles Onyango Ondiek, both of P.O. Box 40308–189, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ondiek Okech alias Ondiek Okech, who died at Kinyasaga, on 15th June, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
