Box 701, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Kipkirui Rono alias Meshack Kipkirui arap Rono alias Kipkirui arap Rono, who died at Evans S. Hospital in Kenya, on 1st April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E730 OF 2022 By Teresa Njeri Thuo, of P.O. Box 4069, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndun g’u Gitau Nganga, late of Bahati, who died on 25th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By Helina Warukira Gakuu, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nahashon Gakuo Gicheha alias Nahashon G. Gicheha, who died at Solai, on 6th July, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
