TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Nyamuiya Njenga and (2) Godfrey Muhuri Njenga, both of P.O. Box 51, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Muchiri, who died at Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Humphrey Ndung’u Kiriira alias Humphrey Ndung’u and (2) Humphrey Ngigi alias Humphrey Ngigi Kirera, both of P.O. Box 51– 00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Kang’ethe alias Kang’ethe, who died at Mariakani Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By David Gatembu Wambui, of P.O. Box 254, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Wambui Gatembu, who died at Kagongo, on 2nd September, 2012.
