CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Waithira Kanyi and (2) Sammy Kamau Gikanga Gathoni, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Gathoni Wakanyi, who died at Lakeview Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2021.
