TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 129 OF 2022 By Margaret Mwari M’Ituru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ituru M’Kirera alias Mituru Mkirera alias Festus M’Ituru, who died at Kaaga Sub-location. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2022 By Nelson Munyiri, of P.O. Box 20330, Laikipia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Muthoni Ngunjiri, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Maina Ngunjiri and (2) Patrick Kariuki Ngunjiri, both of P.O. Box 60, Mweiga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Muthoni Ngunjiri, who died at Muhonia. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
