E33 OF 2022 By (1) Lenah Koki Musyoka and (2) Cosmas Maluva Mwalwa, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Musyuka Mwalwa, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 27th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2022 By Mary Mwikali Kasina, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Nzaku Mwakavi alias Nzaku Mwakavi alias Nzaku Mwakavu, who died at Migwani, on 11th January, 1982. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2022 By Mumbe Mwendwa Sumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwendwa Sumu Kuti, who died at Migwani Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2022 By (1) Regina Wanza Ngii, (2) Nguno Mukiro and (3) Julius Munyoki Ngii, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngii Mutune, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Beatrice Muthusi Mwinzi and (2) Kyalo Muthusi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthusi Mwinzi Makau, who died at Kyanika Sub-location, on 1st January, 2004.
