TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2022 By Pellice Mbula David, of P.O. Box 377–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s step daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Nduku Wambua, who died at Mungala, on 27th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. E211 OF 2022 By Michael Wambua Mutisya, of P.O. Box 56, Karaba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutile Mutisya, who died at Riakanau Sub-location, on 25th August, 1994. CAUSE NO E212 OF 2022 By (1) Leonard Muoki Mwaniki and (2) Rose Wanza Mbatha, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mwaniki Ngovi, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
