TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Chelimo Sitienei and (2) David Kipsang Letting, both of P.O. Box 2046–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Cheboson Bett & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornellius Kipkosgei Sang, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2022 By Dorcas Jebitok Kosgey, of P.O. Box 30–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen Keter, who died on 23rd July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
