TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2022 By Nehemiah Kipsang Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 326–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taputany C. Chumo alias Tabantany Cheptonui Chumo, who died at Maso, on 5th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Chepkoske Chumo and (2) Isaac Kipkorir Langat, both of P.O. Box 1888, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobilo Chumo, who died at Sitian, on 14th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
