TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Rasugu Momanyi, (2) Evans Bogonko Momanyi and (3) Elizabeth Nyaboke Momanyi, all of P.O. Box 179, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Momanyi Rasugu, who died at Elgon View, on 25th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2022 By Jemimah Moraa Onyango, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonareri Tai, who died at Kenyoro, on 4th August, 1981. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2022 By Bethiseba Bonareri Ongaga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Ongaga Moruri, who died at Township, on 16th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2022 By Joel Aranda Matwere, of P.O. Box 334, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masi Omenge, who died at Bundo, on 5th June, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
