TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2022 By Peter Karanja Kimani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate in the estate of Stephen Kimani Kariuki, who died at Kalimoni, on 7th May, 2014. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Joseph Kibandi Mbau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wambui Mbau, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
