TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Naserian Musa and (2) Stephen Siamito Lankas, both of P.O. Box 7808–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa ole Sabati alias Musa ole Sapat, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Moses Haca Njoroge and (2) Antony Mutega Warui, both of P.O. Box 78–00208, Ngong Hills, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Margaret Wambui, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 10th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
