TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2021 By Janest Adhiambo Obuya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alois Otingi Ongulo alias Alloys Kotingi Ongulo, who died on 9th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Grace Akiyi Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Akach, who died on 29th August, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
