Box 413, Sare, Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojuok Ngidi, who died at Kanyagwala Sub-location, on 1st July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Morice Ouma Obiero, of P.O. Box 28–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hendericus Obiero Yogo, who died at Kadera Kwoyo Sub- location, on 17th March, 1995. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Anyango Otieno and (2) James Otieno Luka, both of P.O. Box 194, Sare, Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Otieno, who died at Waware Location, on 12th July, 1981. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) Peres Atieno Owiti and (2) Hillary Oluoch Owiti, both of P.O. Box 194, Sare, Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Owiti Onyango alias Samwel Owiti, who died at Waware Location, on 14th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
