TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2021 By Maurice Nyamboga Achuodho, of P.O. Box 80, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Tombo, who died at Kanyawanga sub-location, on 5th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2022 By John Ochieng Ochieng, of P.O. Box 80, Rongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisuka Waringa, who died at North Kanyajuok Sub-location, on 23rd April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
