TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By Serfina Obisah Adongo, of P.O. Box 310–40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Ogola, who died on 10th August, 2009. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Aska Osano Ojala, of P.O. Box 170, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s stepdaughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojwach Mboya, who died on 18th July, 1986. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Emilly Akelo Obunga and (2) Dorothy Anyango Obunga, both of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Obunga Kisiengo alias Morris Obunga Kisiengo, who died on 11th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
