TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By (1) Priscah Akinyi Maduma and (2) Daniel Robinson Otieno, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Odira Luomba, who died on 7th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Cornel Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojuang Yugi, who died on 4th November, 1974. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Fodi Adika Ovinah, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Ovina Isenti alias Ovina Esendi, who died on 30th December, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
