TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By Antony Lemeteki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana Lesiante Lemeteki, who died at Lodongoro, on 25th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Taitas Lerimaki, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lmaniyion Lerimaki, who died at Siambu, on 14th July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Ngilatin Lerimaki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaptei Lerimaki, who died on 10th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
