TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 27th January, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 270 OF 2022 By (1) Lawrence Oduor Omondi and (2) Irene Atieno Onyuma, of P.O. Box 260, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Okoyo Okelo alias Okoyo Okelo, who died at Simur Sub-location, on 23rd August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
