THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joram Chomba Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 40352–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0249 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Mombasa/Shanzu Squatter/959, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another register, and apon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed deemed obsolete and of no effect.
