APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (3) of the State Corporations Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— (i) Nasri Sahal as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Northern Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 10th February, 2023 up to 4th July, 2025. (ii) John Lekuton (Dr.) and Osman Abdi Sirat as members of the Board of Directors of Northern Water Works Development Agency, with effect from the 10th February, 2023 up to the 4th July, 2025. (iii) Elias Shill and Christine Jepkoech as members of the Board of Directors of Northern Water Works Development Agency, with effect from 10th February, 2023 up to the 12th July, 2025. The appointments* of Shaban Ali Isaak, Abdirahman Haji Yare, Suleiman Ali Gufu, Khadija Abdulahi and Raphaella Lentoimanga are revoked. Dated the 6th February, 2023.
