IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) (a) of the Investment Promotion Act, I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint – SALLY NJAMBI MAHIHU to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Kenya Investment Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 10th February, 2023.
