APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (a) and (2) of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Act, as read together with section 51(1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning appoints— FRANCIS KIGO NJENGA as a Member and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 10th February 2023.
