REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kanja Njuguna, of P.O. Box 259, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10090/71, situate south West of Thika Municipality in Kiambu District, registered as I.R. 45693/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
