REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tonica Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 84605, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0500 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. 4693/III/MN, situate in north of Mombasa Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 76841/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title deed as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
