REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mary Wanjiku Ndungu and (2) Duncan Wachira Wanjau, both of P.O. Box 80633–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0157 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa/Ziwa la Ngo’ombe Scheme/656, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as CF. 40864, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
