THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Kiritu Kimuri (ID/8922128), of P.O. Box 30116, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Kiambu/Municipality Block III/105, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said piece of land has been lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
