WHEREAS (1) Susan Mwari Mbabu (ID/9251098) and (2) Dionisius Mbabu Arimi (ID/10795290), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land registered under title No. Abogeta/Nkachie/1468, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
