REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mwangi Njoroge, of P.O. Box 197, Timboroa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0400 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Koibatek, known as Timboroa/Timboroa Block I/186, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
