REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Mwarome Munga Janji, (2) Lutu Chibo Mundu, (3) Salim Chibo Mundu and (4) George Munga Janji, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Bedzombo/Kitsoeni/689, situate in the district of Kilifi and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Malindi, ELC Civil Case No. 12 of 2017, has ordered that the land title deed be registered in the name of the plaintiff Justin Mwango Chonga, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to reconstruct the green card to reflect the name of Justin Mwango Chonga and the record of (1) Mwarome Munga Janji, (2) Lutu Chibo Mundu, (3) Salim Chibo Mundu and (4) George Munga Janji, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
