THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rebecca Chepkemoi Kipkoech (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Rongai/Rongai Block 1/1969, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. E160 of 2020, has issued grant in favor of (1) Reuben Chepkwony and (2) Eunuce Chemutai, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Rebecca Chepkemoi Kipkoech (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered L.R.A. 50 in the name of (1) Reuben Chepkwony and (2) Eunuce Chemutai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rebecca Chepkemoi Kipkoech (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
