THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julia Gathoni Ngando (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Karai/Karai/1548, containing 2.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in succession cause No. R. M. 141 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of 520 520 administration to (1) Alice Waithira Ngando and (2) Joyce Ngendo Ngando, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Julia Gathoni Ngando (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Alice Waithira Ngando and (2) Joyce Ngendo Ngando, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Julia Gathoni Ngando (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
