GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1542

WHEREAS Peterson Wambugu Karurumba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.39 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Naromoru/Naromoru Block II/Aguthi/1487, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 163 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Washington Baru Wambugu, (2) Joshua Maingi Wambugu, (3) James Gichuru Wambugu (4) Samuel Gaitho Wambugu as administrators and the beneficiaries, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of transfar by transmission documents R. L. 19 and R. L.7, in favour of the said (1) Washington Baru Wambugu, (2) Joshua 10th February, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Maingi Wambugu, (3) James Gichuru Wambugu (4) Samuel Gaitho Wambugu as administrators and the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peterson Wambugu Karurumba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
