THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njiru Kanyaki (deceased), of P.O. Box 10, Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.53 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of 522 522 Embu, known as Kagaari/Kanja/4877, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in succession Cause No. 87 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Domenico Murithi Mbogo (ID/5773479), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deeds in respect of the said pieces of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Domenico Murithi Mbogo (ID/5773479), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Njiru Kanyaki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
