THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Saverio Njeru alias Saverio Njeru M’Mbuchi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.42 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kagaari/Weru/4457, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in succession Cause No. 348 of 2017, has ordered that the said pieces of land be registered in the name of Lydia Wambura Saverio (ID/1305873), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deeds in respect of the said pieces of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Lydia Wambura Saverio (ID/1305873), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Saverio Njeru alias Saverio Njeru M’Mbuchi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
