APPOINTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that Orlando Mario da Costa-Luis, of P.O. Box 70358–00400, Nairobi, was appointed as the interim liquidator of the property of the said Royal Swiss Bakery Limited, of P.O. Box 7215– 00610, Nairobi, pursuant to a Court Order dated the 22nd December, 2022, issued in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Act, 2015. The Liquidation order took effect from the 31st January, 2023. Creditors of the Company should send communication in respect of all their claims to the undersigned, the interim liquidator of the company, personally or by their advocates, to prove their debts or claims set out in such notice of claim.
