COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of sections 13 (g), 40 (1, 2 and 3), 49 (1) and 69 (1 and 4) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 as read together with Legal Notice No. 27 of 2020, the preparation of the above plan was on the 12th January, 2023 completed. The part development plan relates to land situated in Modikar Town, Garissa County. Copies of the plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the offices of the National Director of Physical Planning, Nairobi and CECM in charge of Lands, Physical and Land Use Planning, Garissa. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to the National Director of Physical Planning, State Department for Lands and Physical Planning, P.O. Box 45025–00100, Nairobi, Ardhi House, 5th Floor, and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which the are made. Dated the 27th January, 2023. VERONICA N.
