REGISTRATION

NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to James Njoroge Mwihaki, of P.O. Box 5292–00200, Nairobi in the Republic ofv Kenya, the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KAX 884M, Toyota, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which is currently lying at Riverlong Storage Yard Limited, situated at Fourways Junction, along Kiambu Road in Kiambu County within thirty (30) days from date of publication of this notice, upon the payment of accumulated storage charges together with cost of the publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed by a way of public auction and proceed of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without further notice to the owner.
