NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1300, in Volume DI, Folio 405/4015, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Shabani-Brian Karim Fadhili, of P.O. Box 239, Moi’s Bridge in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Brian Opiyo Omolo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Brian Opiyo Omolo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shabani-Brian Karim Fadhili, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shabani- Brian Karim Fadhili only.
