NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th January, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 871, in Volume DI, Folio 321/1535, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Dennis Lugalia Mugodo, formerly known as Dennis Kogei Chemao, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Dennis Kogei Chemao and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dennis Lugalia Mugodo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Dennis Lugalia Mugodo only.
