NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th September, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 911, in Volume DI, Folio 14/152, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ann Mwihaki Njuguna (guardian), of P.O. Box 102998–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Austine Njuguna Gathecha (minor), formerly known as Austine Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Austine Njuguna and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Austine Njuguna Gathecha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Austine Njuguna Gathecha only.
