NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 161, in Volume B-13, Folio 2255/19139, File No. 1637, by our client, Kiven Kigen Kieti (guardian), of P.O. Box 82874–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Victor Muuo Kigen (minor), formerly known as Victor Malinda Kigen, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Victor Malinda Kigen and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Victor Muuo Kigen, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Victor Muuo Kigen only.
