NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 194 in Volume DI, Folio 453/4536, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Dorcus Nthambi Kimeu, of P.O. Box 413– 90300, Makueni in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dorcus Nthambi Mailu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dorcus Nthambi Mailu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dorcus Nthambi Kimeu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Dorcus Nthambi Kimeu only.
