REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenya Reinsurance Corporation, of P.O. Box 30271, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest from the government of the Republic of Kenya of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 5979/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 23907, and whereas Court Order Civil Case No. 279 of 2001 at Mombasa dated 21st November, 2022, ordering that Leila Hassan Omar, be registered as the owner and be issued with a certificate of title on the said plot, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed and issue a provisional certificate of title in the name of Leila Hassan Omar, as ordered by Court and such and such issuance of title issued earlier to Kenya Reinsurance Corporation shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
