REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patience Shighadi Mwamburi and 9 others, all of P.O. Box 93880–80192, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.25 acres or thereabout, known as subdivision No. 643/II/Mn, situate in the north east of Mombasa Island in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 1385, by virtue of a decree in the chief magistrate’s court at Mombasa Land Case No. 71 of 2020 (O,S) having acquired ownership by virtue of Adverse, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered owner to surrender the title deed to the Registrar of Titles for transfer as per the decree have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title to Patience Shighadi Mwamburi and 9 others, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
