REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Halloween Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 57, Vipingo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 3.70 hectares or thereabout, known as Plot No. 347/III/MN, situate in Kilifi in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 39284, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33 (3).
