REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johnson Muriithi Kinyua, of P.O. Box 192, Kerugoya in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0278 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, registered as Title No. Nairobi/Block 144/28, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date of application of this notice, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
