THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Martin Kinyanjui Njagi, of P.O. Box 397, Gatundu in the republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as LR. No. 11407/2275, situate in the South West of Thika Municipality in Thika district, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as IR 181010/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is hereby given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of Section 33(5) of the Land Registration Act No. 3 of 2012 provided that no objection has been received within that period.
