THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Thuo Simon alias John Thuo and (2) Stephen Muraya Simon alias Stephen Muraya Symon (beneficiary), both of P.O. Box 34780, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 11098/25, situate in Nakuru Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered I.R. 28582/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
